History

Renowned course architect Stephen Kay designed the true epitome of exceptional golf on Long Island, the award-winning Willow Creek Golf & Country Club.  It was created to test and challenge golfers of all skill levels.  Part of the ClubCorp family of clubs, Willow Creek is truly incomparable to other Long Island public golf courses.  Willow Creek rewards precision and accuracy with a varying range of elevations and hazards.  Known as the “Hidden Gem,” Willow Creek Golf & Country Club provides a thoroughly enjoyable experience for all Long Island golfers.  Our signature hole No. 16 is a par 3 at 150 yards with a challenging peninsula green.  It boasts a tee shot over the pond with a backdrop of our breathtaking Clubhouse.

With improved Membership offerings, Willow Creek Golf & Country Club has something for everyone.  Offering daily instruction, summer camps and clinics, Willow Creek has many opportunities to help enhance your game.  Our exceptional practice facility also offers a full-length grass and mat driving range, as well as three practice putting greens to help you hone your skills.

Willow Creek Golf & Country Club is not only a local favorite for public golf on Long Island, but was also voted by the public to both the Newsday and Golfing Magazine "Dream 18" lists and was selected as a qualifying site for the 2011 New York State Open.
