History

The golf course opened for play in the summer of 1967. Designed by Hal Purdy, no two holes are alike. Some holes are level, but you will notice dramatic elevation changes on others. There are 6 par 3's, 7 par 4's and 5 par 5's, and you will use nearly every club in the bag. The greens are relatively small but fair targets and are undulating and quick. Always in great condition, Tioga Country Club is a pleasure to play for the challenge as well as the scenery.
