Entry for the NYS Men's Amateur Championship Closes June 22
This year marks the 94th playing of the NYS Men's Amateur Championship. The Mohawk Golf Club, located in Niskayuna (a suburb of Albany), will host the championship on August 8-11.
In order to be eligible, a participant must be a male amateur golfer with a handicap index of 7.4 or less and be a member of the NYSGA. Membership to the NYSGA can be attained one of two ways; either by belonging to one of the NYSGA's 440 member clubs in the state, or by joining the NYSGA directly as an Associate Member.
