This is Bozzelli’s best result in tens starts this season, topping his fifth-place finish at the CareerBuilder Challenge, where he finished three strokes behind winner Hudson Swafford.

In his ten tournaments, Bozzelli has made the cut four times. He is currently ranked 55th on the FedExCup points list, 1,447 points behind leader Justin Thomas. He is also 56th on the PGA Tour Official Money List with $630,114. To secure fully exempt status for 2018, Bozzelli will need to finish in the top 125 on the official money list. If he continues this play the talk won’t be about securing his card, but when will he break through to capture his first win.
