The Scholarship Fund awarded over $30,000 to employees of NYSGA member clubs for the 2023-24 academic year. These students are united by their impressive academic achievements, financial need, and passion for golf.

All students who meet the eligibility criteria are encouraged to apply here. This year’s application deadline is Wednesday, June 12th.

Those who wish to contribute to our Scholarship Fund and make a difference in a student’s life, can donate online or explore the NYSGA’s Foundation Membership Program. Established in 2021, this program raises money from club members or individuals to fund scholarships for NYSGA member club employees. The purpose of the program is to support deserving students while also helping our club's facilities attract and retain employees.

“The NYSGAF Scholarship Fund has been a force for good, helping to make college more affordable and reducing the amount of debt these students are saddled with upon graduation,” said Andrew Hickey, NYSGA Assistant Executive Director. “We are making significant investments to increase the amount awarded and the number of scholarships given to students starting in the 2024-25 academic year. Big things are coming and we are very excited for the future.”

Members can join the program via their club or by individual basis. Click here to learn more.
